Appointment Confirmations GlossGenius will automatically send appointment confirmation text messages 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be sure to confirm your appointment promptly. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. This fee is assessed at the owner’s discretion and will be waived for unavoidable emergencies. If you are feeling sick, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. 3. New Client Deposits Due to an increase in cancellations from online bookings, all new clients are required to pay a deposit when booking an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled. However, the deposit may be transferred one time if you choose to reschedule. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. 4. Guest Policy To help keep my studio comfortable and accommodate our limited space, I kindly ask that you bring no more than one guest with you to your appointment.
